We are committed to providing an academic, cultural, natural and physical environment that contributes to the development of the distinctive values and concerns of Stirling Management School.

The School seeks to provide and embrace a culture that encourages communication that is intended to share, shape and inform.  A culture that reflects the significance of crossing organisational and personal boundaries; to ensure people’s thinking and working is continuously stimulated, refreshed and challenged, so that each person can express their creativity and imagination; to foster relationships amongst people, focusing on how people engage with each other, network and develop new partnerships; to facilitate communication to inform, understand, study, share and shape with insight, openness, honesty, integrity and respect.  

The School is committed to the development of the distinctive values that help shape our vision for the School to thereby help to make the School an attractive location for students, community members, business people and staff to think about, understand and appreciate the subject of management.
